About the Authors
 
Glenn E. Turner III is a senior partner with the law firm of Gibbs, Giden, Locher & Turner LLP where he specializes in business litigation, commercial law, and construction law. Mr. Turner has more than 25 years of experience litigating construction disputes. He has tried cases before juries, judges and arbitrators and has represented a number of municipal governments, general contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers in complex multi-party litigation with tremendous results. Mr. Turner views his involvement in pretrial preparation as essential to obtaining favorable settlements, awards, verdicts and judgments. Mr. Turner is an experienced appellate advocate who within the last year has achieved two reversals of decisions made by courts against his clients; working closely with his clients to develop a team approach to any litigation. Mr. Turner received his B.S. degree from Arizona State University, an M.B.A. degree from Arizona State University, and his J.D. degree from Pepperdine University School of Law.










 
Marion T. Hack is a partner with the law firm of Gibbs, Giden, Locher & Turner LLP where she specializes in complex construction litigation and business transactional law. She has written several articles regarding construction legal topics and is a guest lecturer at Loyola Law School on construction law. Ms. Hack has been selected as one of "Southern California Super Lawyer Rising Stars" for the past four consecutive years by the Los Angeles Magazine. She has represented various entities in both state and federal courts. She also counsels clients in many aspects of business transactions, such as real assets loans, asset sales and leasing transactions. Ms. Hack has a diverse practice and extensive experience in complex business litigation matters of all sizes, including construction claims and contract disputes. Ms. Hack received her undergraduate degree from University of Southern California and her J.D. degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
