AOD publishes Owner/Developer Contracts.
The AOD-2003 GC/GMP is the second of a series of contract documents to be
published by AOD. The others to be released in the future (not listed in
order of release) are:

conditions; emphasizing its flexibility by incorporating options into one

novel solutions to current business problems.
AOD operates a bookshop that provides
discounted books and other publications on topics of interest to owners and
developers.
AOD publishes a Quarterly Newsletter
that members of all categories will receive and have an opportunity to
submit articles to for consideration.
AOD ensures all members receive a
subscription to a bi-monthly Industry Magazine, Construction Business
Review, in which experts in the facility delivery business provide
hard-hitting advice aimed at maximizing owners' and developers' return on
construction dollars.
AOD
sponsors its Special Seminar Topics at their Annual Membership Meeting in
an effort to ensure that their members are educated and equipped to most
effectively deal with the design and construction industry. Each attendee
receives a compendium of the papers presented by Industry Leaders who
participate as Panelists at these Symposiums:
